Conveniently located close to the city centre, Millgarth is an unusual Edwardian end terrace house offering quality self-catering accommodation for up to four people. Situated within 15 minutes walk of York city, the house is close to local amenities and bus routes into town. Off street parking is available for one small car and an on street parking permit is available for larger vehicles.
Millgarth comprises one double room with ensuite shower room and one double room with adjacent bathroom with shower over bath. Both have plenty of storage and all linen and towels are provided. On the ground floor the entrance hall leads into the lounge on the right and the kitchen diner on the left. The lounge is comfortably furnished with 2 sofas and armchair and is fully equipped with colour television and DVD player. There is a fully equipped kitchen & dining area with oven, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave. Access is available to a rear courtyard.
Millgarth is available from April 2007 and can be booked throughout the year on both a weekly and weekend basis.
Please note that we will accept one small pet but the house is entirely non-smoking.
Check-in times are 15.30 – 19.00pm on a Friday for both weekly bookings and for weekends. Please state your approximate time of arrival when booking. Check-in times outside of these hours must be agreed at the time of booking.
Guests are requested to vacate the house by 10.00am on Fridays for weekly stays and 10.00am on Mondays for weekend stays.
